Today sees our U17 squad compete in our second Munster Cup Final of the season when they face Midleton from Cork.

The squads journey began with a first-round tie at home to Passage FC from Cork. Goals on the day from Emily O Reilly and Maggie Gostl saw us progress.

Round Two saw the squad host Tulla United from Clare. Maggie was again on the scoresheet with Sarah Abullo netting twice to secure our passage to the Quarter Final.

In the Quarter Final we travelled to Limerick to play a much-fancied Aisling Annacotty. A superb performance saw the girls win 5-1. Goals from Sarah Abullo (2), Fiadh Costin, Keira Burke, and Holly Butler.

The Semi Final saw us host another Limerick outfit as we played Regional United at Ozier Park. It was another superb performance as we ran out 6-0 winners. Goals from Keira Burke, Maggie Gostl, Sarah Abullo, Elle Kavanagh (2) and Fiadh Costin.

Today will be our toughest test yet against the Cork League leaders but the squad - 13 of whom were members of our U19 squad that won their Munster Cup last week - are determined to make it a double Munster Cup celebration.
